All items are made with great care to the highest quality. However if you receive an item where the print or product is faulty please email valleyboysshop@gmail.com as soon as you receive the item so a replacement can be sent out 

if you decide you no longer want an item you have purchased and would like to return it for a refund please email valleyboysshop@gmail.com where we will provide you with an address to return your item but you will be responsible for any postage costs
